A day is plenty for bouquets. Order before 2pm and we can usually deliver the same day inside postcode 83000. Opening stands need two days so we can letter the board and book the slot.
Close, but not identical. Everything is made to order from stems bought that morning, so we match the shape, size and palette rather than copying flower for flower. If something is not good enough on the day we substitute a bloom of the same value and tell you what changed before it leaves.
RM 10 within postcode 83000, delivered by us. RM 15 anywhere else by courier, arriving in one to three working days.
The driver calls the number on the order before leaving. If we cannot reach anyone we leave the flowers with a neighbour or the guardhouse where it is safe to, photograph where they were left, and message you. We do not leave flowers in the sun.
Yes. Tick the box at checkout and your name appears nowhere on the card or the packing slip.
Card through Stripe, or online transfer and DuitNow. If you transfer, use your order number as the reference and send the receipt to WhatsApp — we confirm it the same day and start on the flowers once it clears.
About September Florist Studio
September Florist Studio is an online flower shop in Batu Pahat, Johor. We arrange bouquets, gift boxes, preserved flowers and grand-opening stands by hand, and deliver them the same day within Batu Pahat and by courier across Malaysia. You can order as a guest, or create an account — with an email address or with your Google account — to track a delivery, save the addresses and dates you send to, keep a subscription running and collect reward points. Signing in with Google gives us only your name, email address and profile picture, which we use to identify your account and send you order updates; we never post anything or read anything else.

September Florist Studio is a florist. This website is our online shop: you can browse the arrangements we make, order one, and have it delivered.
You can order as a guest without an account. Creating one lets you track an order, keep delivery addresses and the people you send to, and look back at what you have sent before.
Signing in with Google is one way to create or reach that account; an email address and password works just as well. When you use Google we receive your name, your email address and your profile picture, and nothing else. We use them to identify your account and to send you order updates. We do not post anything to your Google account, we do not read your contacts, your calendar or your files, and we do not share what Google gives us with anybody.
