Questions
Before you commit
Yes. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancel from your dashboard at least 48 hours before the next billing date and you will not be charged again.
Not directly — the point of the programme is that our buying team chooses. You can, however, exclude categories (fragrance, for instance) and swap one item per box from a shortlist we email three days before dispatch.
Tell us within seven days and we will replace it with an alternative of equal or higher value, at no cost and with no return required.
Yes. Choose a prepaid three, six or twelve-box gift subscription at checkout. The recipient gets a card on the first delivery and never sees the price.
Your card is charged on the same date each cycle, three days before dispatch. We email a receipt every time and never auto-increase the price without 30 days' notice.
