Points post once the studio marks your order delivered. If an order is refunded, the corresponding points are reversed.
Yes, 24 months after they were earned. We email you 60 days before anything expires so you have time to spend them.
On rolling 12-month spend, reviewed monthly. Your tier never drops mid-year — a downgrade only takes effect at your annual review date.
Yes. Points, a discount code and a gift card can all be applied to the same order.
Points earned on the returned item are reversed. Points you redeemed on that order are returned to your balance in full.
